RASPBERRY BRÛLÉE RICE PUDDING

A pudding is something that goes as desert on all occasions. Be it a family gathering or a fun house party. It’s a dish that nobody ever gets bored of. OurPride of India’s Thai White Jasmine Rice is here to make that pudding with a twist of raspberry! 


WHAT YOU NEED 


HOW TO MAKE 

  • Take a saucepan, and boil the water. Add rice, salt and lemon zest and simmer on low heat for 15 mins. 

  • Stir the rice and remove from heat to a bowl. 

  • Add 4 cups of milk to the saucepan over medium heat. Add butter and sugar. Add the rice and vanilla extract. 

  • Thicken the mixture for about 20-25 mins. 

  • Stir in the raspberries. 

  • Transfer the pudding to a glass. 

  • Allow to rest in the fridge overnight. 

  • Before serving, sprinkle raspberries and sugar on top.
