2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
Up to 4 cups of vegetable stock
2 tspHimalayan Pink Salt
1/4 tspBlack Pepper Ground
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a medium saucepan on medium heat, add the vegetable stock, salt and other spices.
Reduce to low heat when the mixture starts to simmer.
In another saucepan, heat the olive oil and add Pride of India’s Indian White Basmati Rice and cook for 5-7 mins.
Pour the warm stock mixture in the rice saucepan and stir to combine.
Cover and cook for 15 mins.
Add the parsley and garnish to serve.
