TROPICAL MANGO BANANA TRIFLE WITH CHIA SEEDS

A dish becomes so much more exciting with the name tropical in it! With our all-time favorite and super-healthy chia seeds, we bring to you this amazing cooling Tropical Mango Banana Trifle with Chia Seeds recipe for a perfect soothing dessert. 

WHAT YOU NEED 

HOW TO MAKE 

  • Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, sugar, vanilla, and pink salt in a bowl. 
  • Chill the pudding until thickened, at least for 2 hours.
  • Combine rum, lime juice, brown sugar, and a pinch of pink salt in another bowl. Add mangoes and bananas and let sit, tossing occasionally for at least 10 minutes.
  • Coarsely crush biscuits and divide half among 4 glasses. Top with half of fruit mixture and liquid, then half of pudding. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
